Inside Sales
IMPACT Components is an Independent Distributor on Electronic components (integrated Circuits). We have locations worldwide, and are currently hiring for the San Diego, California and Jacksonville locations.
We have an excellent reputation in component distribution and are looking for top producers who thrive on developing new business.
We are giving consideration to aggressive, accomplished individuals to join our sales team. Must have a proven track record of successful component sales. We have a great working environment, excellent benefits, a base salary and an increasing Tiered commission structure with no caps on earnings.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Excellent customer service skills including selling skills
Handle Incoming sales calls
Consistent follow up phone calls to existing customers
Cold calling to potential new customers
Good follow through skills
Fast paced office
Positive attitude
Experience:
2 years minimum OEM sales experience required.
Salary + monthly commission

Buying experience preferred, but not required. Work closely with Purchasing Manager and Sales Staff. Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented, have strong research skills. Must be a fast learner, and flexible with the ability to change focus. Meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment as a professional and team player.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Job includes creation, process, expedite and follow up on purchase orders.
Vendor relations, sourcing and Price Negotiation.
Vendor contact, identifying, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers.
Communication skills via phone and email a must.
Sourcing product, market research and analysis.
